The staff was consistently rude, the prices were excessive, and getting help with even the simplest requests was nearly impossible. They charge gratuity on something as basic as bottled water, yet they don’t even offer beach service. This was actually my second stay because I wanted to give the hotel another chance, but it simply wasn’t worth it. The food was very good, but that’s expected considering..."
